Ulsan Science University announced on the 11th that Kwon So-eun, a freshman in the Department of Sports Rehabilitation, is wearing the university symbol and is on the Korea Women’s Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) jump tour.
Kwon So-eun, who started playing golf in 2014 in the 4th grade of Myeongjeong Elementary School, is a long hitter with a driving distance of up to 240m based on her strong strength and height of 176cm. Since the 3rd place in the 2021 KLPGA distance is 240m, the driver distance is already the best in Korea.
Ulsan College of Science provided TaylorMade golf apparel for Kwon So-eun, a college student and professional golfer who is playing the jump tour corresponding to the third part of the KLPGA, and attached the university logo to her hat.
Kwon So-eun won a number of prizes in the National Student Golf Tournament and the Korea Golf Association Amateur Championship since she was in middle school. He served as a national team member from November 2021 to October 2022, and in order to turn professional, he returned his qualifications as a member of the national team and entered the KLPGA Pro (Associate Member) in January this year.
Kwon So-eun tied for third place in the second leg of the jump tour on the 17th and 18th of last month, and is aiming for a higher league.
Kwon So-eun said, “I will play with the honor of the school and pride as a player,” and expressed her aspiration, “I want to advance to the Dream Tour (Part 2) within this year and play on the regular tour (Part 1) next year.”메이저놀이터
